Frank Ciolino (aka Elmer Bay) is a Michigan-based graphic designer and College for Creative Studies alumnus who specializes in branding and creative direction. He previously built campaigns for Little Caesars, Stroh Brewery and Chrysler before serving as an Associate Design Director at WPP Production, where he currently leads creative projects for the Ford Motor Company.
